favorite hikes include the nearby Ovens Mouth East and
West, Porter Preserve on Barter’s Island, Bonyun on the
Westport peninsula to the SW and LaVerna on the Pemaquid
peninsula to the NE. All have water views as the payoff
for exercise.

The estate itself: access to the tidal Back River is
at the bottom of the property...just follow the
River Walk. There is no beach or dock, just
unimproved river front...wear good shoes!
