Celebrate
Change! |
Her outlook during this retreat: Clear your mind of distractions
to celebrate change.
Your intuition will be your
guide to discover deeper creativity. It feeds our awareness in
all aspects of our lives and clears the mind of distractions in
order to empower change and transformation. There are no
mistakes, criticism or judgment in process painting.
No experience
necessary. |
Her
outlook during this retreat: Life is complex and full of change.
Celebrating change brings deep peace and ebullient energy.
These days, we sometimes need
help to make sense of it all.....to find our way.....and our
purpose.....and sources of joy.....and the right
relationships.....and to be all that we can be.....with health and
energy.....at work, at home, while having fun.....
Mastering the changes
that come our way gives us peace, security and a deep sense of
well-being. |

About Retreats
A retreat serves the body,
mind and spirit by allowing time to find greater
inner peace. When you find inner peace, you move
your world and the whole world toward peace. This is why it is vital
to escape from the world’s bombardment of sounds
and images and take time for the mind and heart
to come to stillness.
The place
for a retreat? A refuge offering a simpler, slower pace
and natural setting is said to provide an
ethical and spiritual antidote to the toxicity
of a hurried, stressful, unbalanced life.
|
Why retreat?
People go on retreat for a number of reasons
that generally focus on positive personal
change:
- Relax at a deep
level
- Rejuvenate your
Spirit
- Take time for
reflection
- Gain clarity on an
issue or your life path
- Find meaning in
your life beyond daily or material concerns
- Heal
- Practice your
Faith
- Contemplate
- Create
-
Enhance your Lifestyle and Environment

What
Else do all Retreats include?
Nature
based 'centering' events will be included throughout the area:
walking, hiking, paddling kayak or canoe, painting 'plein air',
exploring the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens.
There are 6
hammocks, 14 benches and 15 acres in which to meditate, rest and
wander.
Enjoy the
firepit, for relaxation,
meditation or special clearing rituals.
Massage and
other Spa treatments will be available on an appointment basis,
as well.
On site,
walk our (soon-to-be constructed)
labyrinth for spiritual centering and self-focus.
In 2017, there will
be a
Native-American Sweat Lodge on site and regular sweat rituals
will be performed with interested participants.
